First Aid For Feelings
This is a workbook to help you develope coping strategies to manage stress or symptoms of anxiety. A tool tp help you express your thoughts, questions, and feelings.
Your feelings send messages to your brain that affect how you think, feel, and act. When you express them, others can understand what you’re going through. Remember: All feelings are okay… but keeping them inside can cause aches and pains.

Hi,
I have not seen any results from the Virtual Olympics yet but I hope those of you who participated had fun.
I did hear that many of you enjoyed the skipping tricks. I am suggesting that you continue to work on improving them as skipping is such a great activity.
Design and complete your own 20 minute workout. Share it with me if you would like and I will complete it too.
Create your own unique TAG game. Perhaps we can play it when school resumes in the fall.
I have posted a chart, 30 Randon Acts of Fun. Give some of them a try.
Take one day this week and email me. Tell me a bit about what you have been doing, your favorite things to do and your favorite activites to play in the gym when we are at school.
Remember, the June DEAM calendar was posted last week and it has many suggested activities for you to try.
Have a great week.
