At Home Learning June 8-12

Hello, bonjour Grade 2s! We miss you so much!

Here is our last At Home Learning document for the 2019-2020 school year. We hope you like it and have lots of fun trying to get the list done this summer. Don't forget, even though our school year is coming to an end, you can always continue to read, practice math and play Dreambox all summer long. If you are looking for lots of continued learning over the summer, we have you covered. You can always go back to any of our previous learning grids on this site or you can check out the District website for many activties they have posted throughout these last few weeks here:

If you want a super reading challenge, take out the sight words list that you have been practicing and see how many words you can read correctly. Compare it to when you started and see your growth. Super duper challenge?! See how many of the words you can spell correctly!

We will be contacting you this week to say goodbye one last time before the summer. Report cards will be handed out June 19 and more information on that is to come.

Grade 2 At Home Learning May 18-22

For 2A, be ready to write all about your favourite candy. For 2B and 2C, check out our new 'Guess Who/Qui Est-Ce" game based on the classic board game of our youth. Enjoy!

Grade 2 Home Learning April 20-24

Hello there, Grade 2!

Did you know it's Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22nd? Can you think of some things you can do to protect our environment? Let's all do at least ONE thing to keep our Earth clean and healthy on Wednesday. Even better...let's try to do something each day this week to help our beautiful planet! For our Grade 2 French Immersion classes, we have a list of environment-themed words to help you with your Earth Day writing.

I hope you and your family are healthy and happy. As always, if you need any help with the homework this week, feel free to contact your teacher via email.
