Thanks to scores of VERY generous volunteers, staff and fair-weather, RES' installation of its brand-new playground is right-on-track!! If all goes well, our students will be able to play on our new equipment during the last week of school!!
The Miramichi River Tourism Association has the unique opportunity this summer to host ten international students. These students will receive training in SMART Technology and digital photography, as well as experience unique outdoor activities and adventures throughout the Miramichi Region. We are looking for interested families to host these students, and, in return, your child will be offered the opportunity to attend the three week program at a special rate. This Tuesday, June 7th, RES will be hosting its annual Family Math Night. All Rexton-area students and their parents/guardians are welcome to participate in this fun-filled, mathematically challenging event. RES' Family Math Night will "operate" from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and admission is free.
All parents/guardians are welcome to attend RES' June PSSC meeting; if you want to address our committee at this meeting, you will need to have your item added to our PSSC Agenda by 12:00 p.m. on June 8th.
Summer Ball Registration will be on May 25th from 6-7:30 pm at the Rexton Elementary School Lobby. The fee is $25 per child. Ages for registration are 7-16.Registration and payment is required on May 25th in order to be on the team.
