Our first Student Council meeting will be held on Monday, October 5th @ 10:30 a.m. Congratulations to all of our Student Council members ~ we wish you all a very rewarding year as you work to make our school the best that it can be!!
School photo proofs will go home with students between September 28th-30th. If families plan to purchase these photos, the deadline is Friday, October 2nd. (please write a note to your child's teacher if you require an extension on this deadline). If you are not satisfied with your child's photos, RES' picture re-take day will be Friday, October 16th.
As the 2014-2015 school year draws to an end, I encourage all of our students to read and write each and every day this summer; boys and girls please also consider participating in RES' 2015 Summer Reading BINGO activity (a copy of your BINGO form was included in your June Progress Report envelope) and/or participating in Richibucto's Summer Reading program.
The staff at Rexton Elementary School want to wish all of our students and their families a happy and heathy summer break! A gentle reminder that the first day of school for the 2015-206 school year will be Tuesday, September 8th.
