All RES parents/students are invited to atttend our 2011-2012 Open House & Frozen Yogurt Social on Thursday, September 15th.This evening will provide an opportunity for parents to meet their child's new teacher and learn about the curriculum expectations and class/school procedures for the 2011-2012 school year. We will also be seeking to fill a couple of vacancies on RES' PSSC via acclaimation or election.       Joining us at this year's OPEN HOUSE will be District 16's new Director of Education, Mr. Andrew Clark.  District 16's Public Health Nurse, Mrs. Darlene MacDonald, will also be attending our Open House to provide us with ideas for packing healthy lunches and recess snacks and how to prevent headlice & what to do if your child has headlice.        All RES parents who attend RES' Open House & Frozen Yogurt Social will have an opportunity to win a family movie pass! Students who attend RES' Open House with their parents will have an opportunity to win extra recess on our new playground for their classmates!!       We hope you will make plans to join us for this community-building event!
