March 22 words:
seen
been
eat
please
We are focusing on the long /e/ sound. The rule we've been talking a lot about in these past few weeks and applying now is: when two vowels go walking, the first one does the talking (and it says it's name). Here is a fun song that goes along with the rule:

On the website there's also a song for the "ee" - our two vowel rule still applies to the "ee", but I'd like them to see the "ee" and KNOW the sound it's going to make without having to go through the two vowels rule.
