Hi there families and friends! Bonjour!

Play this video to check out your child's classroom, meet me and hear about some of what we are doing this year. Oh and I forgot to tell you about those little brown bags you may notice on the backs of our chairs - that's where we keep our masks and water bottles. Have a great evening!

The District has challenged schools in Anglophone North to Take our Kids Outside - Winter Challenge. We went snowshoeing, raced with them on, played tag and duck, duck, goose. We had a great time!

Having trouble reading in French with your child? Having trouble knowing if they are saying the sounds right? See the youtube link to animated sounds.  Your child used these to learn sounds last year and we are reviewing them again this year before moving on to new sounds. Don't know that 'au' in French is an 'o' sound? These videos can help you and your child out! Each video has the words with the focus sound highlighted. As of today (September 26, 2018) we have reviewed 'a', 'au' (sounds like 'o') and 'in', 'im', 'ein', 'ain' (pronouced 'hein') - again, see video link for pronounciations).

Attached below are the lyrics to each of the songs in the youtube link, without the video.

Enjoy!
